The electrical control device (1) has a main core unit (21) to execute an important process with high priority. Several sub core units (22,23) execute normal process with low priority. A main scheduler allocates resource only to a primary sub-scheduler for executing normal process, when no error occurs in the main core unit. The main scheduler allocates resources to the primary sub-scheduler for executing normal process and a secondary sub-scheduler for executing important process, when error occurs in the main core unit.
