The flywheel device (1) has several flywheels (3-6) that are located on inner shaft (10) in the axial direction. The outer rings (31-34) are provided with flanges (41,42,51,52) having a through hole (45,46). The flange is provided with passing region (70). The attachment element (60) is passed into through hole by translation-feeding movement of attachment element in the axial direction on the passing region of ??the flange during the installation of neighboring freewheel (3). An independent claim is included for method for assembly of attachment element in through hole of flange of outer ring of flywheel device.
