The arrangement (1) has a switching shaft (2) comprising an axle (a), and a switching fork (3) arranged on the shaft in a movable manner. A switching roller (4) rotates around another axle (b), and a tappet (5) is arranged at the switching fork. The tappet is engaged into a guiding link (6) of the switching roller such that a controlled movement of the switching fork in the direction of the former axle is carried out during rotation of the switching roller, where the axles are arranged perpendicular to each other in a projection. Switching disks (8, 9) are arranged at the switching shaft.
