The method of manufacturing workpieces and semifinished products including Kitchen sinks, tubs and flexible rolled sheet made of austenitic stainless steel with high degrees of deformation, is claimed, where martensitic transformation occurs in workpiece portions molded with corresponding degree of deformation during deforming process. An induction for an inductive heating is a longitudinal field induction and a surface induction. The step of heating the workpiece portion is carried out at a temperature of 300-1100[deg] C for 0-10 minutes to lead a partial recrystallization of stainless steel. The method of manufacturing workpieces and semifinished products including Kitchen sinks, tubs and flexible rolled sheet made of austenitic stainless steel with high degrees of deformation, is claimed, where martensitic transformation occurs in workpiece portions molded with corresponding degree of deformation during deforming process. An induction for an inductive heating is a longitudinal field induction and a surface induction. The step of heating the workpiece portion is carried out at a temperature of 300-1100[deg] C for a duration of 0-10 minutes to lead a partial recrystallization of stainless steel. The stainless steel is used with a metastable austenite structure, which contains martensite structure by transformation. A surface of the workpiece portion to be heated is partially surrounded with an inert gas to avoid tempering color at the surface of the workpiece during heating. Grain size of the workpiece (7-9.5 mu m) is formed by locally heating the stainless steel after deforming the workpiece in the workpiece portion formed with the high degree of deformation. An independent claim is included for a device for manufacturing workpieces and semifinished products including Kitchen sinks, tubs and flexible rolled sheet made of austenitic stainless steel with high degrees of deformation.
