The needle guidance has a lifting cylinder (5), which is connected with a master cylinder (7) over a fluid-filled hose (6). The lifting cylinder is fixed in the needle guidance by a latching closure (5a) in a quick detachable manner. The lifting cylinder has an enlarged flange for form-fit engagement in the needle guidance.
