The code (300) has an information entity including a color code and an outlet sequence, where the bar code is digital modulated i.e. quadrature-amplitude modulated. The information entity comprises a shape code and/or sub frames that are placed adjacent to each other. Another information entity includes a linear alignment or a two-dimensional alignment, and modulation is performed on a carrier during the digital modulation by an orthogonal frequency-multiplexer, a coded orthogonal frequency-multiplexer or a discrete multi-sound transferring unit.
