The spindle drive (2) has an axially fixed, rotary driven sleeve (6) and a torque-proof sleeve (3) that is axially displaced during the rotary drive of the former sleeve. A rolling drive is provided with the rolling bodies (14) that intervene with a molded spring (16) forming a path (24,25). The molded spring is incorporated in the sleeve by the front-sided axial stops (18,19) with the stopper effective against the spring ends of the molded spring in the peripheral direction. The axial stops are arranged on the molded spring to follow the ramp-shaped inclination of the windings (17). An independent claim is included for a method for calibrating a spindle drive.
