The sensor (101) has an enclosing element (81) for enclosing a portion at a side of a posterior end (45) of an insulation tube (41) and portions (26) at a side of a posterior end of transfer lines (25). A filler (90) is filled at inner circumferential surfaces (84, 85) of the enclosing element. The circumferential surfaces at the portion at the side of the end of the tube and external periphery surfaces of the portions at the side of the end of the lines are bound by the filler. The lines are guided from the posterior end to a rear side of the tube in a longitudinal direction. The filler functions as an electrical insulator. The filler is formed as cement or plastic.
