The clip (5) has a front end (6) i.e. flat burner, formed with a lower divergent flat branch (9) and an upper divergent flat branch (10) at an opened state. The flat branches are connected between each other using a pivot articulation at rear ends through a transversal branch (11). An articulated central part (7) is automatically deployed under an effect of elastic force of the clip. A rear part (8) is provided with a flexible terminal branch (12), and the clip is connected to a body of a cowl vent grille by a rear end of the terminal branch.
