The process of regasifying the liquefied natural gas is to use of the ambient air previously dehumidified as to direct exchange of heat for heating the liquefied natural gas to a certain temperature and the vaporized in a heat exchanger tube (5, 6). Dehumidification of the ambient air consists in a lowering of the temperature of the air by a direct exchange of heat in another heat exchanger tube (4) with said natural gas, previously heated to at least said certain temperature.
