The arrangement has a fascia body (1) integrating with a flap body (2) delimited by rectangular contours (13, 14). A film (12) is overmolded in a lower face of the fascia body for covering a lower face (4) of the flap body. The film has a contour whose dimension is greater than dimension of the rectangular contours. A reinforcing plate is fixed to a lower face of the flap body, and the film is interposed between the flap body and the reinforcing plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an airbag arrangement.
