The present invention relates to a control device of the oxidizing power of a mass of water, which is particularly applicable to the water of a swimming pool. A ammeter and a flow meter are arranged to carry out measurements in a pipe of the circulation of water which forms a closed circuit with the mass of water, so that it is adjusted, in order to determine the oxidizing power of the mass of water, amperometric measuring carried out as a function of the water flow rate, measured in this pipe. Advantageously, the flow meter and the ammeter are in the vicinity of one another in a housing in such a way that the assembly of the sensor means is adapted to be housed inside the housing, in the pipe for the circulation of water.
