The device has a network of water pipes (1) fitted with directional nozzles (3, 4) fixed on a roof (6) and walls (7) around a house. A water supply network supplies water to the pipes for generation of water mist by the nozzles, where the water is supplied by using a low pressure pump equipped with a check valve. Multiple temperature sensors are placed near the house, where the device is operated manually or automatically by actuation of a solenoid valve controlled by the temperature sensors, and the water is drained after use by a pneumatic discharge system.
