The device has multiple legs (5) cut in a metal sheet (2). Each leg is folded to form a retaining hook of a thin sealing strap (4), where the sealing strap is made of flexible and expansible synthetic material. The leg includes two folded parts, where one of the folded parts extends perpendicular to a surface from the sheet and the other folded part extends approximately perpendicular to the former folded part above a hole formed in the sheet to cut out each leg. Length of the strap is equal or greater than length of the latter folded part of each leg.
