Steam boiler e.g. once through steam generator boiler, for allowing separation and controlled injection of vapor in geological tank used in e.g. heavy oil production industry, has scraping insert freely rotated in conveying conduit

The boiler has a fluid conveying conduit (22) i.e. cylindrical tube, for conveying fluid i.e. water, and connected to a vapor inbound balloon (24), where a scraping insert (26) is freely rotated in the conduit. The insert is in helicoid form, where diameter (D1) of a coil of the insert is higher than 90 percent of diameter (D2) of the conduit. The insert is a wire having diameter of less than 3 mm and made of steel. The insert is attached at an conduit's end placed inside the balloon. The insert is extended over length ranging between 10 percent and 50 percent of length of the conduit. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing hydrocarbon.
