The installation comprises a closed processing tank (1) connected to effluents, a unit (2) for filling the effluent in the tank to a certain level so as to leave a clearance relative to a top of the tank, a unit (6) adapted to supply carbon dioxide (50 ml) to the tank, a unit (8) for ensuring the circulation of the carbonic acid, resulting from the mixture of effluent and carbon dioxide, in the installation, a unit (9) adapted to aspirate the carbon dioxide into a space and to recycle the carbon dioxide into the mixture, and a control unit. The installation comprises a closed processing tank (1) connected to effluents, a unit (2) for filling the effluent in the tank to a certain level so as to leave a clearance relative to a top of the tank, a unit (6) adapted to supply carbon dioxide (50 ml) to the tank, a unit (8) for ensuring the circulation of the carbonic acid, resulting from the mixture of effluent and carbon dioxide, in the installation, a unit (9) adapted to aspirate the carbon dioxide into a space and to recycle the carbon dioxide into the mixture, and a control unit. The aspirating and recycling units comprise a hydro-ejector. The unit for ensuring carbonic acid circulation comprises a pump connected between a bottom of the tank and the hydro-ejector. The carbon dioxide is fed through a top of the tank. The bottom of the tank is subjected to an electrovalve drain (12) of treated effluent. The tank has a probe for indicating the low level of the tank and a probe for indicating the high level of the tank.
