The plate has a temperature-homogenizing unit i.e. barrier (50), arranged along exchange grids for a flow (10) of absorbing fluid i.e. lithium bromide, where the plate is traversed by the absorbing fluid flow flowing out along the grids. Exothermic absorption of a refrigerant liquid i.e. water is performed through the grids by increasing concentration of the liquid in the absorbing fluid flow. The homogenizing unit acts as a turbulence unit for increasing flow turbulence of the absorbing fluid flow along the grids. The barrier is arranged in the absorbing fluid flow.
