The device has a first part (1) provided with a case bottom part (5), closure hooks (11), a guide blade (6), a first cigarette guide (7) for placing a cigarette correctly in a case and two push rods (10). A second part i.e. upper rear trap (2), is pivoted on a pin (9), and comprises a second cigarette guide, a blade (8) and two slots (12) for receiving the closure hooks. A third part i.e. lower rear trap (3), is fixed by another pin on the case bottom part to evacuate ashes. A fourth part i.e. flexible interchangeable plastic piece (4), is adapted to different types of lighter.
