The device has a structure placed on a horizontal support plane and including a lower frame (2) on which two upper frames (5), a fixed gantry (23) and an outer casing are fixed mechanically. Transparent side panels protect a user from water projections emanating during washing of a two-wheel system (13). The gantry is equipped with tubes and mobile arms (7) that are morphologically adapted to contours of the system. A sliding platform (50) includes mechanical clamping jaws (14, 26) for maintaining the system at equilibrium. A recycling and treatment system treats waste water. An independent claim is also included for a device for ensuring reception and maintenance of two-wheel system at equilibrium.
