摘要

The rod has a through-hole (10) and another through-hole for receiving a hinge pin. A recessed portion (15) is arranged proximate to the former through-hole. A portion of rod is utilized for separating the former through-hole and the recessed portion. A central arch is designed to break under stress of hinge pin during a frontal impact of the vehicle for providing a connection between a powertrain and a cradle of the vehicle, and for passage of forces by direct contact between the powertrain and the cradle. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
