The assembly has wedging units (6) formed by a shaped foil with respect to a plane (R) called a reference that forms a hollow block (7). An outer side (7A) of the block is sized to fit with a small clearance in an upper part of a food container (5). An inner side (7B) of the block is sized to receive a base of the container with the small clearance, where a side wall of the block is corrugated. The inner side and /or outer side of the block are provided with protuberances to adapt an outer section and/or an inner section of the block. The base of the container is made of plastic material.
