The belt has a flexible strip (1) that is made of non-elastic material and in the shape of a triangle with three vertices (A, B, C) and a base. An application unit (3) applies, to the first vertex, a main elastic force perpendicular to the base. A connection unit (110) connects an inflatable bag (100) to the strip such that the bag is situated between a connection point of the second and third vertices and the first vertex in an inner volume (104) defined by a space surrounded by the strip when the second and third vertices are hooked together by a hooking unit (2) e.g. hook and loop unit. The bag is made of airtight textile material.
