Composition, in the form of water-in-oil emulsion containing aqueous phase dispersed in a fatty phase, comprises at least one cucurbic acid compound (I), and silicone emulsifier containing oxyethylenated and oxypropylenated polydimethylsiloxanes and/or oxyethylenated and oxypropylenated alkylpolydimethylsiloxanes, where the alkyl chain contains less than 12C. Composition, in the form of water-in-oil emulsion containing aqueous phase dispersed in a fatty phase, comprises at least one cucurbic acid compound of formula (I) or its optical isomer or salt, and silicone emulsifier containing oxyethylenated and oxypropylenated polydimethylsiloxanes and/or oxyethylenated and oxypropylenated alkylpolydimethylsiloxanes, where the alkyl chain contains less than 12C.
