The panel (1) has first and second assembling elements (2, 2') comprising a first sliding plate and a second sliding plate (21') sliding in a longitudinal direction on first and second sides (121, 122) of the panel, respectively. A third assembling element (3) is provided on a third side (124) of the panel. The third element comprises a rod that is movable in translation in a manner parallel to the panel and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The first and the sliding plates have oblong openings with non-constant width. The first or second element comprises a handle.
