The bur (1) has a notch of an inverted T-shaped cross-section to receive a device for loosening of a denture. A rod (5) is intended to be inserted in a drive device such as a turbine, where the rod presents two milling elements (6, 7) of different widths at its ends. One of the milling elements forms the horizontal branch of the inverted T-shape, and the other milling element forms the vertical branch of the inverted T-shape, where the milling elements are integral with each other and with the rod.
