The element (2) has a flexible side deforming locally around a longitudinal foreign object i.e. finger of 5 mm, when the foreign object is introduced into an interface arranged between an opening and an opening frame, at time of handling of the opening frame, where the element is mounted along the interface. The flexible side comprises a foam body covered by external skin. A bossing is arranged on an inner face of a covering wall near the flexible side to permit abutment of the element against a support part. An independent claim is also included for an opening frame safety device of a vehicle.
