The ordnance (1) has a body (2) containing an explosive material (3) and made of two fragmentable and concentric layers (2a, 2b) that are related to each other by hooping/welding and formed by a single spirally rolled sheet. A starting unit initiates loading of the explosive material in a deflagration mode. A shock absorbing material i.e. elastomer, case is placed between the explosive material and the body. Fragmentation controlling units are placed in vicinity of one of the layers. The layer is equipped with a prefragmentation network.
