The system has a seat belt (1) comprising an anchoring end (3) fixed at bottom part of an individual seat (2) at an interface part (7) connecting a base (5) and a slide (6). Another anchoring end of the belt includes a loop, and is handled by an occupant so as to be attached to/detached from an attachment device. The former anchoring end is terminated by an attachment part (17) that is encased on the interface part by clamping in a horizontal plane according to transverse direction of the vehicle. The interface part has a vertical wall (9) having an opening to receive a reception part (12).
