The calender roller comprises a cylinder (1) rotating around an rotational axis of a rod-like screw and comprising an external helical structure (2) having a helical pitch of 7 mm so as to adjust a thickness of greater than several millimeters, a handle mechanically integral with the rotational axis, and an asymmetrical thread structure adapted to allocate a coating on a vertical structure. The asymmetrical thread structure has thread walls defined by a first angle and a second angle with respect to the normal axis of the roller, where the first and second angles are different. The calender roller comprises a cylinder (1) rotating around an rotational axis of a rod-like screw and comprising an external helical structure (2) having a helical pitch of 7 mm so as to adjust a thickness of greater than several millimeters, a handle mechanically integral with the rotational axis, and an asymmetrical thread structure adapted to allocate a coating on a vertical structure. The asymmetrical thread structure has thread walls defined by a first angle and a second angle with respect to the normal axis of the roller, where the first and second angles are different. The first angle is 0 with respect to the normal axis of the roller. The handle is integral with a single shaft (3) extending from one side of the cylinder. The shafts and the handle are a part of a single piece having a first portion and a second portion by a non-zero angle between the first and second portions. The roller further comprises two shafts that are secured at two ends of the cylinder. The handle has a part composed of two arms, and first and second units (6, 7) for fixing the handle to the two shafts via the two arms. The cylinder has a threaded hole cooperating with the first fixing unit. The second fixing unit comprises a screw and bolts. The helical structure is compatible with a layer of self-leveling concrete of coating thickness and with a coating layer to cover a vertical surface.
