The device (1) has a first permanent/temporary magnet (8) cooperating with a second complementary permanent/temporary magnet (14) and arranged on a level of a wall (13) of a cigarette package (10) to removably fix the device on the package. The first magnet is maintained on a body container (2) by a sleeve shaped cover film (9). The film covers a lateral external surface (4) of the container and the first magnet, so that the first magnet is sandwiched between the external surface of the container and the film, where the external surface of the container is made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a standard lighter device.
