The mask (1) has a screening element (3) comprising front portions (5a, 5b) extended from a support element (2) to a distance toward front of the support element positioned on a face of user. The screening element has rear portions (6a, 6b) extended from the support element toward the face. An adaptation unit formed of rear peripheral edges (12a, 12b) of the rear portions and the support element adapts the edges to a face's transverse portion at which the mask is positioned while allowing the edges to be in partial contact support against the face. A rubber band fixes the mask on the face. The support element is made of a flexible material.
