The device comprises a treatment unit that is adapted to be disposed in the basin. The treatment unit comprises casings (3) that are made of plastic material and include housings (A, B) extending to a planar surface, and a unit for sealing the housing of the casing. Each housing has a cross-section equal to a magnet (2) and a height that is equal to the magnet and is increased by a thickness of a metal backplate (10) returning the magnetic field to its opposite through the magnet. The sealing unit is constituted by a synthetic material layer (12) for fixing components in the housing. The device comprises a treatment unit that is adapted to be disposed in the basin. The treatment unit comprises casings (3) that are made of plastic material and have housings (A, B) extending to a planar surface, and a unit for sealing the housing of the casing. Each housing has a cross-section equal to a magnet (2) and a height that is equal to the magnet and is increased by a thickness of a metal backplate (10) returning the magnetic field to its opposite through the magnet. The sealing unit is constituted by a synthetic material layer (12) for fixing components in the housing and by a plastic material piece with same shape as that of the housing on the planar surface adhered by sealing. The housings: are distributed around a central housing with dimensions; are surrounded by a honeycomb wall with ribs (5); are provided with protrusions from its bottom of ribs for positioning and accommodating the magnet.
