The sensor (1) has a piston (4) moved with respect to a body (2) according to a translation axis (AT), where the translation axis is perpendicular to a rotation axis (AR). The piston comprises an external end (19) connected to the body, and an internal end (21) bearing and resting against a peripheral region of a rotor (13). A detecting unit detects offsetting greater than a predetermined threshold value of the rotor with respect to the rotation axis to identify depression of the piston toward the rotor tending to move center of the rotor beyond the rotation axis.
