The dispenser has a rigid outer container (1) made of cardboard, where a flexible pouch (2) containing a beverage is housed in the container. The pouch includes a tap (3) held by its neck (7) in an opening (4) formed in a wall (5) of the container. A lifting unit (8) includes a central portion (11) having an end connected to a wedging sole (9) and another end connected to an accessible strip (18). The strip is movable between a lower position in which the central portion is coupled with the sole, and an upper position in which the central portion is spaced from the sole for lifting the pouch.
