The apparatus has an oven comprising an upper base plate placed and fixed on a lower base plate. A delimiting edge possesses appropriate shape to follow shape of the lower base plate, and surrounds an assembly of the upper base plate. A covering structure is fixed at the lower base plate. The lower base plate has an attachment point to attach a coupling member i.e. hook (16). The assembly is actuated by a hand chain (19), which communicates translatory movement to a hoisting chain or cable by a lifting device i.e. winch (15), fixed at a support wall (13).
