The device has cable pulling robots (64, 68) provided with wheels and adapters (65-67). The adapters comprise male and/or female ends to form male/female fixations, which engage into each other. The adapters and/or the fixations are assembled in a reversible manner. The wheels deviate to release cables. The cables are pulled by the robots. The robots and the fixations move one of the cables with respect to the other cable, the cable with respect to the other cables or the cables with respect to the other cables. The robots comprise nets with meshes of any dimension.
