The support (11) has cross-pieces (4) for connecting the support to a fixed axle (1), where the support is raised or fallen along the axle by a circular guide (5) surrounding the axle. A circular vat (8) made of sealed material allows floating of the support in a flat terrestrial site. The circular vat is filled with water (17) or any other viscous liquid, and receives floating bodies (13) or sealed boxes attached to the cross-pieces by uprights. The vat includes inflatable concentric flanges sealed with each other by a sealing membrane.
