The device has a half-sphere in a shape of a helmet, and an ear phone (7), where the half-sphere is equipped with nano transmitters and nano probes located in direct correspondence with active cores taking part in general training of thoughts. The nano probes are provided with nano electric frequencies. A nano electric energy source i.e. micro battery, is arranged for the device. A software is utilized for managing a structure of the device.
