The installation has a thermodynamic primary circuit (1) comprising a compressor (2), a double-condenser (3) outputting heat exchanged between refrigerant and first coolant/second coolant to heat domestic hot water, a one-way type thermostatic pressure reducer (5) and a simple use evaporator (6) exchanging heat between the refrigerant and the first coolant. The first coolant circulates in an inner side of a secondary circuit (10) to heat/cool a building by exchanging the heat through heat exchangers (11, 12), which are placed in an instilled air duct and an extracted air duct, respectively.
