The panel (1) has a rigid plastic wall (2) and a flexible plastic wall (3) that are contacted with each other in a set of zones (4) surrounding another set of zones (5) in which the flexible wall is bent toward an outside of the panel opposite to an opening (21) formed in the rigid wall. One of the faces of the rigid wall comprises a fixing unit for fixing the rigid wall at a body portion and the flexible wall for covering another face of the rigid wall. Area of the flexible plastic wall is larger than areas in which the walls are in contact with each other. An independent claim is also included for a plastic protection panel manufacturing method.
