The device has a hinged jib mounted on a turntable. An end of the hinged jib is provided with a back support that is located opposite to the turntable to support a cantilever off-set body locating besides machine parts carried by the turntable. The hinged jib is retracted to carry out assembly of the cantilever off-set body such that the turntable is moved downward in a base through a section hole, where dimensions of the section hole are equal to dimensions of the machine parts in a plate surface of the turntable.
