The rod (18) has an articulation frame (3) placed at a longitudinal end of an arm (2). An elastically deformable stop element (11) is placed in a half space delimited by a plane (20) normal with longitudinal direction, where the plane passes through a center of an insert (5). The stop element is carried by the articulation frame and received into a bearing surface (21) carried by the insert for relative longitudinal displacement of the insert and the articulation frame along direction opposite to the longitudinal direction.
