The apparatus has a set of rigid modules (3) provided with elastic pulleys (5), extensible elastic cables (7), straps, belts and reflection pulleys. A vertical base is arranged with the set of rigid modules that is equipped with a set of openings (9). The openings are utilized for allowing the elastic pulleys to be freely displaced for allowing lengthening of the elastic cables. A set of snap hooks (8) is arranged at a side of the elastic cables.
