Device intended to hang together two mobiles each provided with a handle or an attachment bar which will be called in this patent "tie bar". To account for tensile and compressive forces, lateral and torsion the invention uses a central block and elastic loops at each end of the central block. The central block is connected to the fastening bars of the mobiles by the elastic loops. The elastic loops located at one end of the central block go around the fastening bar of the first mobile on the one hand, the loops located at the other end of the central block go around the fastening bar of the second mobile on the other hand. They are then attached to quick couplers located on the central block. The torsional forces are supported by the central block and the elastic loops in the following way: on the one hand the central block offers the lowest resistance possible to the torsion torque because of its narrow sections, on the other hand the elastic loops are arranged at X on either side of the central block. As a result, the elongation resistance of elastic loops is maximized and their torsional torque resistance minimized. Finally, the resistance of the central block to compression is ensured by the inclusion of a rigid rod within it.
