The device has a single-piece assembly that is introduced into a plasterboard with a hammer after making a pilot hole for allowing the device to be locked by installation of a screw. The screw is introduced into a central barrel traversed by an eccentric channel (6), where two portions (2, 7) of the central barrel are maintained in alignment by side wings (1). One of the portions of the central barrel comprises a side terminated in spindle and the other portion of the barrel is in inclined at an angle of 45 degrees.
