The device has pedals (112), a frame and an articulation, pressure resistance and pedal-restoring units (13) designed as a single component. The component has a single plate (1) made of elastic material in V shape with rounded apex or U shape with parallel or flared branches (11, 12). One of the branches is provided with an opening (111) emerging at the base for forming pedals (112). Another branch forms the frame common to the pedals. The rounded apex, which connects each pedal to the frame, forms the articulation, pressure-resistance and restoring unit of each pedal. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a fitness device.
