The vehicle (10) has a receiving plate (14) movable according to vertical direction between a low position located at a level of a frame (12) and an elevated high position with respect to the frame. The plate is moved to receive luggage containers in the low position toward the high position and to authorize transfer of the containers according to longitudinal direction toward interior of a compartment. A side storage plate (16) is mounted laterally and in parallel to the receiving plate to transfer the containers transversely from the storage plate toward the receiving plate.
