The device (1) has two connectors (2, 3) electrically insulated from an external atmosphere (A) in an electrical circuit. Two electrical connections (9, 10) connect the connectors to two terminals (7) of a circuit breaker fuse (6), respectively. A casing (12) electrically insulates the circuit breaker fuse and the electrical connections from the external atmosphere. The casing separates the circuit breaker fuse and the electric connections from the external atmosphere in a water-tight manner. The circuit breaker fuse is fixed in the casing.
