A bezel ring indexing unit includes an indexing ring (11) firmly connected to the main crown and freely traversed by an indexing tube (12). The unit has an elastically deformable blade (13) placed between the indexing ring and the indexing tube in a tangential manner to the indexing tube, and supported on a flat part (14) of the indexing tube corresponding to a desired position of the bezel ring.
