The device comprises a central wall, lateral walls forming an U-shaped ensemble by bending a metal plate (16, 17), a cut window, and a nut disposed on a back of the central wall. The elements are perpendicular to each other, and the lateral walls extend forwardly. The window forms a passage for the second element. A distal edge of the window forms a lug intended to be cooperated with an orifice of the second element for its positioning relative to the device. The device forms another passage for the first element between the walls and the second element.
